Application Fee
Application fee is one-time non refundable processing fee. You MUST pay the fee immediately (along with $200 tuition deposit and other fees) when you apply to Cal America. Cal America usually mail necessary documents and/or I-20 to you within one week after we received complete application form and appropriate fee from you.

Tuition Deposit
Tuition deposit of $200 is required to process your application. You must pay balance for tuition at our admission office within 7 days from the day you enter the U.S. and before you begin your course at Cal America.

Express Mail Service
Express mailing fee is a one-time service fee you pay Cal America to mail necessary documents and/or I-20 to you (in case you are outside of the United States). All application from any countries other than the United States MUST include the express mail service fee. Cal America will not mail documents and/or I-20 to you if the fee is not paid unless you can pick up documents by yourself or you can arrange someone to pick up your I-20 directly from our office during our office hours.
Express mailing fee is non-refundable unless the course is canceled before Cal America mail documents and/or I-20 out to you.

Housing Placement Service
Housing placement fee is a one-time service fee you pay Cal America to arrange housing for you (see also, housing options). You MUST request housing placement service and pay full amount of fee when you apply to Cal America or at least 4 weeks prior to your starting date.
You may cancel the housing placement service within 7 days from the day service is requested in order to receive refund for the housing placement service fee. However, Cal America will deduct 30% of the paid service fee to cover expenses. There is absolutely no refund after 7 days from the day service is requested. Cal America will not refund housing placement service fee for the request made 2 weeks before you move in.

Airport Pick-Up Service
Airport pickup fee is a one-time service fee you pay Cal America to arrange a one-way transportation from the Los Angeles National Airport (LAX). You MUST request the service and pay full amount of fee when you apply to Cal America or at least 3 weeks prior to your arrival. Any request made during the last 3 weeks prior to your arrival is subject to additional fee. You may cancel the service 7 days before your arrival to receive full refund. However, In the case that airport pick-up service is requested within 7 days before students arrive, no refund will be granted. Please note that it is your responsibility to inform us about necessary information and any changes regarding your flight schedule.
