Application Guidelines  
The following guidelines show steps of application. Please read all of these guidelines carefully because they help you to understand what you should do, from the beginning until the end, to apply to Cal America.
       
  Before You Apply:  
    Read instructions thoroughly  
   

Before you fill out our application form, read all the instructions as thoroughly as you can. The application instructions explain how to complete our application form. School policy is also noted in the instructions.

 
 
 
  When You Apply:  
    Answer questions carefully  
    When you complete application form, try to answer all of the questions carefully and be careful about spelling of name, address, and words. Most importantly, be sure you answer all of the questions that require an answer.  
       
    Submit your application to Cal America  
   

You have two (2) options to submit your application. First, you can use our online application form, after complete the form click on "Submit" button once in order to send your application to Cal America. Second, you use print-out application form, mail completed form to Cal America at 3700 Wilshire Blvd., Suite 200 Los Angeles, CA 90010 USA.

  After You Apply:  
    Receive confirmation of your submission (online application only)  
   

When Cal America receives your application form we send an email message to inform you within 24 hours. Our message will show the information you sent to us. Please review the information, and if necessary, make corrections or changes and e-mail it back to admission@cal-america.com.

In case that you do not get response from us, write e-mail message with "Please check my application" in the subject line and include your name and date of birth in the message and send it to admission@cal-america.com. We will check and get back to you immediately.

 
       
    Send additional documents and appropriate fee to Cal America  
   

If you do not want to make corrections or changes or after you e-mail any corrections or changes to us, please send immediately financial support document, other service request form(s) and questionnaire, and payment to Cal America.

Please also send payment confirmation via e-mail to admission@cal-america.com or fax it to 1-213-383-5110. Cal America will process your application as soon as we receive confirmation.

Housing application & airport pick-up request form

 
       
    Receive I-20 from Cal America  
    After Cal America processed your application and received your payment and documents, we will mail your I-20 using express mail service to the address you provided on your application form. At the same time we will also send an e-mail message showing carrier name and tracking number (if available) to you.
